  • to contact you in order to properly perform the contract concluded with you as our natural person contractor. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, (i.e. processing is necessary to perform the contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request prior to entering into the contract), art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (i.e. processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that we are subject to, such as archiving, fiscal and tax obligations) and art. 9 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR (i.e. legitimate interest consisting in the possibility of defending against claims or pursuing claims. In this case, providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
  • to contact you on current matters, including the performance of contracts between us and your employer / entity you represent, presenting offers, receiving orders, answering questions. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in the possibility of ongoing contact with our contractors (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  • provide other information about the activities and possible forms of cooperation with us. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining relationships with employees and co-workers of our contractors (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  • to defend against any claims or pursue any claims related to the contract with the entity in which you work or represent, i.e. our contractor & nbsp; if there is a sp & oacute; r relating to the contract. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in being able to defend against claims or pursue claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
3. Data source

We have received your data directly from you or from your employer / entity you represent. We receive data from your employer / entity you represent, such as your name, business telephone number and e-mail address, place of work, position or information about what type of matters you are dealing with.

4. The period of storage of your personal data

We will process your personal data during the term of the contract that you have concluded with us, your employer / entity you represent, and also for the period of limitation of claims under the contract. < / p>

5. Recipients of your personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, who will be commissioned services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT and legal services. Such entities process data on the basis of generally applicable laws and agreements with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
